I can see from the hay price thread that I've been unlucky with the people I've enquired from, so I'm wondering where you luckier people are getting your small bale hay from!
Admittedly I haven't looked very hard (I gave up after the two quotes of £7.50 and then £10), partly as I'm not in dire need, yet.
I can collect, so don't need delivery and will travel anywhere in Surrey, so please could I have some numbers? PM me them, rather than put on a public forum! I only want 10 or so bales, to guard against a further cold snap like we had in December (which depleted my stock despite me buying 20% more than last year!!) and to tide me over until I buy more from the field in June/July.
