Surrey livery junction 10 area?

Hello. Sorry for another Surrey livery post! Have been googleing and all sorts but better to get the news straight from the horses mouths so to speak. I am looking for DIY or assisted DIY in the areas in and around Send, Ripley, Pyreford, Ockham... Must be a friendly and relaxed yard with a school. My gelding and I are very well behaved and just looking for somewhere where I can enjoy him. Lorry parking would be a bonus but the main thing is being in a safe well maintained yard/farm.
