Hiya, I was at Chelsham Place about 8 years ago. Karen who runs it is lovely, always ready to help. It is pretty basic and no school. Wasn't great grazing when I was there but saw the ad saying 12 acres so I think they must've got some more.
It was mixed T/O geldings/mares when I was there but no problems. Winter T/O was restricted 3/4 days a week but horses were all quite happy cos there were others in. Great hacking round there and close to Warlingham Horse Club.
Farleigh Court was a riding school back then so I guess its changed hands. I'm looking for assisted livery in the area in a couple of months time so let me know if you find anything good!!

Hi all,
As liveryblues mentioned, gucci_b has been discussing the newly aquired yard in surrey recently! Well im the person who shes taken it on with so hellooo!!! Anyway, i see several people on here talking about looking for new yards in the up and coming, so, bear us in mind and check out her posts as i know she put pics on at one point. Dont know how we compare to other yards locally but i am very chuffed with the yard!

Hello, HOw are you?

Well I'm starting to wonder if i'm looking for the impossible!

We have two horses (1 horse, 1 pony) so it's for my daughter and me. Good safe turnout is a must, a school and as close to warlingham as possible

The two I mentioned are the only two that have been mentioned on asking around but cant seem to dig up any info on either

Hmm the winter turnout restricitons woudl be an issue, if they're stil in place. BOth are oldies and I think they would be likely to seize up if in for too long - they both love milling around the field!

May go down and have a look anyway - thansk for your input

If you haven't been into Woldingham Saddlery pop up there and have a look on the notice board. I went in about a month ago and there were quite a lot of ads for livery. They are really friendly and know all the local yards so might be able to help.
