i bought thermalux leg wraps, a manger, saddle rack and bridle hook from them, prompt and well packaged. and cheap. no complaints from me

Yep all the time, they are very helpful and dispatch very quickly, also if something wrong with your order they will ring you not just change it. Good prices too

yes I use them all the time, they seem to have the best pricees on most things and their feed is usually cheaper too. I order online and collect as they are not too far from me.

Yeah, It's not to far from me so I just go to the store, just kitted out my new boy with bit's and piece's from there.

how good is the shop? - its reasonably near me, quite fancy a drive over but dont want to be dissapointed!!!

I go there..the shop is always being updated with new things it seems to me...they are very keen to expand their equestrian side.
Havent been there for a few weeks so it has probably got more stuff by now...must pop in!!
They are helpful and will try to get you anything they do not stock at that time.
Reasonably priced too!!!

It is big and I found it quite good for just everyday bits and piece's, it's got a large selection of general stuff. I also noticed it was cheaper than if I was to go and buy the same stuff at some of the smaller horse shops near my yard. Definately worth a visit though if your near!

They have moved to a new store next door to where they used to be and it is much bigger, but stock is often quite random so they won't have the same things each time you go. If you want something specific order online first just send a mail afterwards saying you will collect it. I couldn't buy a bridle from them as they have hundreds but they are all tangled together and covered in dust. Good prices and quite a selection on rugs though. Still wort a visit

There was nothing wrong with the product or price but I found them painfully slow to get the helmet I had ordered.

i ordered from them once, and im afraid i wouldnt again. They never phoned to say the item was out of stock, when i did phone they then told me it would be in with in a week, 2 weeks later still nothing, so i phoned again getting the same story that it would be in with in a week, and id recieve it ANOTHER two weeks. 8weeks later, still nothing, phoned again - 'oh sorry, we arent selling that item anymore'

Oh thats a shame. I ordered some WB rugs last week and about 2 hours after they phoned to let me know that they wouldn't be in stock for ages so would I like a refund.

If it was a while ago it might because they now use a seperate office for online orders!?! So they are very organised now

Ive used them a few times for an event girth and some breeches, they dispatched quick and were cheaper then most places.

No complaints from me either

I live really near and buy most things there, for anyone else in the area apparantly they're now cheaper than Rokers or Frosburys!
