Survey of injury rates in equestrian activities - your feedback wanted

Up until last year I would have stopped mid way, but I've had my fair share recently.

I would say that there ought to be a question regarding how many horses you come into contact with.
For example a groom has to deal with numerous depending on the yard and I would say that they would have a higher chance of being injured, than an owner of a single horse.

One question which asked for type of ridden work should include schooling, I do that as often as I hack.
