I'll start out by saying I miss an American company called SmartPak - it's become the cornerstone of large livery facilities all over the US. I think they run their business very well with great logistics and customer engagement and serving as a one-stop-shop for all things horsey with both high-end and "home brand" products. I'm trying to leave my day job and get into equestrian.... something. I'm not sure what yet. But taking this survey would help me figure out whether a system like what I used to love would work here in England. Feel free to PM questions, comments or advice, and thanks for your time!
