Survived the first ride on my new 3 year old!

Well it has been six fun filled days since my still un named 3 year old arrived and we decided to venture out on a hack as our first ride (slightly mad but I have the choice of a spooky indoor school or a very busy outdoor school). We took my old loan horse out with us and I have to say was very impressed by no name :) Happy with traffic ,dogs,kids on bikes . Wanted to take the lead in a nice way (not a oh my god I am an ex racer and need to be in front way :) ) Had a couple of little trots which again nice and controlled. Think he was glad to be doing something :) and he was much nicer than my now 9 year old was to hack when he first arrived so all in all very impressed by a horse I bought on the strength of one photo and a short video :) :)
 
He is only just three by date as he was born on the 26th march - he is very young to be an ex racer - he raced 6 times and still looks v baby (little bit bum high ) so think he was just a bit too early for him - never mind their loss and my gain !!

and just to show he has made himself at home - duffing up his big brother from the safe confines of his stable :)
