my brother had his moped stolen last night and we all are fairly certain who did it, but we can't prove it.

found parts of the bike. back indicator is smashed up outside the gate. on the football field about 5 mins away the front indicator is layin by the side of the pitch. We think its going to be a complete write off.

police informed, but what do we do about the person who we think it is.

there is nothing you can do, my o/h's moped was stolen from outside my house and recovered a week later from the gyspy site. the police will not do a thing i told them the day it was stolen that it would be down there but it took them a week to go and look. also they are the ones that recovered it but they still keep phoning asking it the bike have been found.
