I'm looking at buying a horse however its had its suspensory cut, whats the chances of passing vetting , or is this a red flag ? Any advice please

Did both back legs and front leg had shockwave treatment. I'm very happy to ask my vet to release all records to you. Including xrays which they did as part of her diagnostic
We had a 2* event horse do 3 suspensories. He did come back into work and was used as a schoolmaster lesson horse for a few more years, but he didn’t jump again and it did catch up with him eventually
