I have posted in Veterinary but thought more people would see this in here, I this is ok
I have got the vet coming but looking for some advice in the mean time. I have found a lump on my rising 3yr old pony's penis. It is actually on his member not his sheath. I also noticed one on his belly about 4 inchs from his sheath.

Are all lumps found on the penis serious? I lost my first pony, about 20 years ago to penile cancer.

They look suspiciously like a sarcoid but it's hard to tell when he won't get it out on command so I can have a better poke and prod! That sounds bit pervy doesn't it? The things we do for horses! :o
It's not smooth it felt a bit granulated but like I said I can't get a better look at it. Hopefully a bit of sedation will lower his inhibitions :p
