Typical bloody luck.....
lorry sailed through the plate today but on the way back the clutch went.
Had it not gone today with my mechanic on it - it would have gone on Sunday with me and Sienna in it so there's some consolation, but shan't be going Sunday after all

That is so true! Honestly! He chatted me up (and when I told him where to go he tried it with my friend) before I went into the showjumping at a 3DE! He declares his love to anything with a pulse. You have to fend him off with a stick.

What height do you want to jump? If it's not BN and you fancy doing a Dis and 1m class I'll pick you up, I drive thru brislington to get there. I can face getting there 1 class too early but not 2. But you'll have to wait for me to do the 1.05
 
OMG that is so tempting. I think I could be on for that. Sienna is a funny traveller, do you have a big space on the box she could go in?

No, not an enourmous space - you've seen the size of my lorry it's only a 2 horse, but then I'm thinking Olympic size horses not Sienna, it will take 2 Olympics so don't know if you would call that big?
 
She became a pain to travel in a small space a few years ago, she may be fine now - we'd know within minutes of putting her on the box. The only other fly in the ointment may be her saddle. She had it reflocked a couple of weeks ago and it's been rubbing her. I had the fitter out yesterday and she couldn't find anything wrong, which means nothing has really been changed - I'm having a lesson on Saturday and I'll know when I take her saddle off then, if she's sore then I'll call you straightaway!
 
I think my friend and I might be interested in the Ken Clarkson thing. How good do you have to be tho? I'm not affiliated yet (no regular transport) but will happily jump 1m courses and prob higher - pony jumps 1.10easy but I'm not so confident LOL.

Would we be laughed out of the arena? We're in Taunton area so WSM isn't too far.
