Swallows have arrived.

Life cheers up when we see the swallows swoop into the stable for the first time and at 7 o/c this morning there they were inspecting their old nests.

Our first one arrived on Sunday. A whole week later than last year. Always lovely to see them back again.

we have had one around the stables for about 2 weeks now but no signs of any others' he also manage to poo on me while i was sat having a cuppa
