Morning all!
Have already been to one school, slipped while walking back to my car afterwards and have hurt my shin. *pout* Owie... Now back at home waiting for next pupil... Today's odd again, but as of 6.30pm tonight (possibly 5pm as I think my last one is ill and another is coming this morning instead) I'm on half term! A week of riding and sleep and no work.... bliss!

Got my stressage time, I will officially be stresing at 10.28 Sunday morning.... ahhhhh!!! Am without somebody to keep me chilled as well which is not good!

I'm so tired this morning, think I resemble a zombie about now. And I'm so annoyed, because my lazy a**e brother, who does nothing for Mam, leaving it all up to me, stayed at Mam's last night (he lives there but stays at girlfriend's family's house more) yet I had to get up at 6am so that I could pick her up at 6.40am and give her a lift to work! He could have just rolled out of bed into the car!

He's really getting on my nerves at the minute, we went out for a meal the other day and I had to pick Mam up and give her a lift back home because he was going back to Kim's house then home to Mam's, why couldn't he just go home and take Mam with him! How come he gets out of doing anything! Argh

Morning whos's looking after Samstar!!

Put the lump out this morning and looking at the state of the fields and the weather forecast that will be the last time for a while. He just stood at the gate with his mate and whinged.

So my Mad Ferret disease has disappered just in time for me to have to work extra hard keeping the big lump amused and OH to develop early Mad Ferret symptoms!

Kick me off if I post again I am supposed to be working to catch up!!
 
Yeah SU I think that's true. He's so selfish, and he's 5 years older than me, he should know better.

And today just gets better and better - YO just text to say dogs are banned from the yard as of today, some sort of falling out with neighbours, can't even leave them in the cars. I don't see why, there's only two of us who bring them and they don't bark and we pick up after them, it won't affect the nieghbours. Will get the full story tonight probs.

Now I'm gonna feel really guilty leaving Bo. She's on her own all day as it is (which she copes with fine by they way as she's old and sleeps all day), but at night too when I'm at the yard! It's just not fair.

Our system says cheapest you can go down to is 35.25ppl. But I bet a local company is doing it cheaper as we follow the market and the market is rising a ridiculous amount!!!!

Charlie spent his first night of the winter stabled last night so I had a bit of a shock having to get up early this morning

He went mad when I turned him out, so glad I hadn't decided to ride first as he was very fresh!

The little people I look after are ill, I think Little Jockey has Swine flu

which will mean her sister will probably get it as well. Typically they get it as we are going into half term and had loads planned

ouch slinky! That's probably 'cause it was for 500 litres, most companies charge more for that amount. If you can get 700litres or more, always cheaper! But good news, the market will be even worse next week so your best off paying that now, than paying 45ppl which we're forecasting soon! x
 
Morning all! This chat about oil is making me think I must add "gas central heating" to my list of demands for house hunting tomorrow... Bit of a shock getting home yesterday as the letting agent photographer had been and straightened all my furniture, tucked random things out of site etc.! Waiting for the pics to go up on the advert now.

Nearly the weekend! Can't wait. Feeling a bit old though as I'm going out tonight and keep thinking that I would rather stay home and watch a good film

Am at work: almost no orders from UK grrrrrr, thankfully still
the usual from overseas as they've not noticed there's a postal strike. So cross, it's half term next week a\nd will get all the 'where's my parcel' angry calls.
Good thing is I'm going home at 12 rather than 2.

Justajiffy I think you'd be better off with adding 'a log fire' - we've not turned our heating on yet.

SS - I think they grow a hand between 1 and 2 years and then another hand between 2 and 4. Not sure how true that is but I am sure I have heard it somewhere before!

I hope it's true as that means Pixie will be over 15hh
