Monday = Work - have about 40 prisoners to deal wth this morning. I think it should be banned having to deal with that many first thing on a Monday!!!

Also hoping this weather will improve so I can go for a hack tonight after work. Looking at it - I think not!!

Morning ! ohhhhh how I hate Mondays. Got soaked through to the skin again this morning seeing to the G G's. And yes its still raining. Have come to the conclusion that I will never need to buy any summer clothes again as they are never needed.

morning guys

cleo was out this morning so i got her back in, then they all decided to go crazy which made my prisoner escape and they all were going crazy round field for ten mins. fun to watch but didnt half make a mess of the field.

anyway caught prisoner and put him back in hopefully hes still in.

got someone coming to look at archie after lunch, so fingers crossed he behaves and doesnt look lame/stiff, altho after they way he behaved this morning hes probly tweaked summit.
 
now i told you about the prisoners shoes looking too worn for new ones. well i phoned farrier during last week, no reply so i left a message saying i couldnt remember if he had new shoes, but i thought he did, but they look really worn already can you call me back please etc, but ive had no response

Well, on my lunch
Glad you liked the MOANdays! I call it MOANday as for the first part of the day, the girl opposite me continuously chats about her whole weekend... infact her whole life - which involves diets, council flats, money troubles and pressuring her OH to propose to her - sorry, but when you've heard it 10 times already.....

Anyway. As some of you may know, I taught on Saturday (for the first time in 8yrs!) and it was fantasic! Had a few beginners lessons, a WTLC and a WTC and had so much fun! Lost my voice, got blisters on my feet and my legs still ache, but it was great!! So good to teach again!!

Plans for the day is to make through to 5pm, pop to shops for a few bits, then home to clean my boots and chaps rwady for lesson tomorrow evening!

Hey all, just in from getting the weekly shop - boring! Just about to head up to the stables to do a mass clear out and check rugs for winter etc etc.

just had a call from the people who were coming to look at archie cant make it now, will be coming down on wed.

The big one decided she is full of herself, chased daughter's horse through the electric fence, who then cut her leg in the process, and my mare decided she was going to be a b**king eejit and tried to kick me (something she's never done) as she was in a mood when I went to catch her!!!

Add to that mini acting like it's spring time, huge showers of rain, and a pony who thinks winding the others up is fun!!!!

Well I'm back briefly to sort out he neds etc for the next couple of days and to take Sweep to Mum and Dads to be spoilt - just need to throw some things in a bag and then start the trek south!!

F_S you and me both must be having bad day is there something in the air. mine were going crazy this morning, the prisoner has escaped 3 times now!! so i have redesigned his prison basically have tied broke fence posts to short ones to make it higher hopefully that will work.

anyway i put him in stable whilst i was doing this and he wasnt happy neighing and kicking the door generally being a plonker.
came back to get him after i had finished it and there was this little girl stood infront of stable!! no parent or guardian also on fence it says private!! i dont mind kids coming in to say hello but as ong as parent asked etc, i mean heaven forbid if she got hurt im sure theyd sue in this day and age!!
 
OMG that happened to me yesterday as well!!! I had my nieces here for a few hours (not horsey at all) anyway, looked round and the youngest one was in with the horses!!!! Agggghhh!!!

Didn't want to shout and alarm her or them (they are being pains atm!) so, had to quietly walk out to the field and retrieve her!! Parents didn't understand the dangers!!!

I mean, who lets an eight year old wander into a paddock where there are three large horses! Thank God Rumour isn't with us any more (RIP big fella) or she would have been strawberry jam!!

Well thats me done!! Everything has been fed and looked after - I have packed - we need to take 'sportsclothes' - WTF are they?? like I have time to do anything after the BGL and coblet and walking the dogs!! do you think I can get away with jods??

Hey gang, back in from a very busy day however did none of the things I had planned!!! Ended out refencing a new part of a field that I am getting to use and it took up the whole afternoon!

oh just got really short temper at the mo, doesnt help when you always get customers at the worst possible times, like cooking etc.
 
I find that if I've nothing to do, can afford to just mooch about...no one every rings, asks, or wants anything!!!
