Ok - so bear in mind the piccies aren't great I would say all looks pretty good considering his lack of schooling etc his halt is square at front but try and get him to stand square with his hind legs to and his trot looks like he could cover the ground a bit more - his stride looks a bit short but that could just be the camera angle/when picture was taken ie judge would probably say more impulsion.

I would agree with the halt, he has a tendancy to swing his quarters out so I will practise asking him to step up into his halt. Trot wise I am trying to slow him down so possibly slowing too much!
I would agree with the trot, but, as Slinky says the photos may not do him justice!
I would suggest you let him go forward into his trot and try not to hold him back too much, otherwise he's looking good for a horse that hadn't seen a school until December!!
