Sorry, very late tonight, did someone say wine....I really need a glass!!!

So, all horses very good today, all moved round and very settled. Son rode his big mare and the weather was glorious, and the cats are starting to peek out to see who is there!!!

Then tonight...well, P_P is in Newmarket enjoying herself, I had to fill in her shift at work, only problem is that they were ver short staffed and the shift lasted much longer than it should have, hence, I'm only just home!!!

I kept thinking of all the gossip and wine drinking, and it got me through!!!

only ever had a bmw saloon and was so smooth to drive, but cost alot in parts

others no idea sorry

Should say this is a company car so don't care about cost of parts servicing etc

BMW - don't know why, but just not my thing, very little comes with the car, all extras have to be paid for and the basic series models are just that...basic

Like the Merc, great to drive, very reliable, and good customer service, IMO, although accept that may not be the case with everyone. Again, good reliability, and nice to drive.

VWGolf - younger image, good car, substantial and nice to drive, well engineered, although new models are a lot of money for a small car. Having said that, they hold their value well.

Rav 4 - Ummm, not so sure, have never had one, but they seem like a car trying to be a 4X4, although again, I don't know, they could be brilliant

Hello. Made it here! Been working on working stuff, then went to yard with Friend. She's a happy bunny as her new ned is looking good today, though sad because Big Cob is lame. LL is still lame. She's going to hack Dizz out tomorrow, so should be interesting.

See I have to say that I'm with you f_s!

Am leaning towards the Merc. Can't help but feel that t*ssers drive BMW's

, have had a Golf before and liked it and the Rav4 - well if I get this 4x4 this week its pointless although as with VW the service you get from Toyota is exceptional. If I got the Rav4 and it snowed like last year I would have to go to work instead of staying home on HHO - another reason against it!!

I think the golf is sensible then but im not so sensible would go for the glam one so probably the merc

I used to want a rav 4 when i was 17 so much - it was my dream car when they did it in salmon pink!!
