just found out friends horse has bone spavin in both hinds so needs to be on bute for a year!!!

Marley soaked me this morning because when a soaking wet welshie gives you smooches they make your face a bit wet and cold

he licked me to death, rolled in the mud demonstrating just why we call him bog pony and then shook all over me (just as well i love him

) so hes fat lovely and happy if rather damp

as for Ted well he took me for a walk on saturdy so im now very sore lol but hes good, putting on weight well from when he lost so much at college and is generally living the life of riley at my instructors and being thoroughly spoilt i believe

ldlp, I would probably long rein him until he will happily walk and a little bit of trot on the long reins and steer etc, and he is happy with noises etc on the saddle like banging and flapping a bit, and someone stood on a block next to him so they are higher than him, then introduce a dummie

It was a proper slip so legs shot forwards and ended up on my bum!!

Not so amusing now the bruise is coming out on my shoulder
