Its a lovely day here

- sunny but breezy! It is starting to feel autumnal here so I'm thinking the neds may need their lw on at night soon...

Did I mention I'm on holiday for TWO weeks??!!

Just having my brekkie and then will start on the coblet......

have done 2 stables and fed and watered all neds, am knackered now, deciding whether i can be bothered to ride or not, its so boring going out on your own!!

never have anyone to ride with unless sharer comes over which is once a week, hate riding on these roads so busy and drivers dont tke enough caution altho mine is very good with cars etc.

what for?? someone to ride with?? only trouble is unless they come back to my yard she behaves like a complete twit all way home. met a horse out riding other day and she was jog jog all way home.

Well I have started my day off well. Got my gardening money paid to me. Got given a free Turnout rug for my retired lad and went and bought the big lump a lightweight turnout and a fleece cooler for beddy buys until its cold enough for proper ruggy wuggys.

I took him for a walk in the spookiest

arena in the world yesterday and he was extremely upset because it rained and he got wet. No thought for me at all just mooched around looking fed up until I pointed him towards his hotel room then he went eek and I darted to one side as 17hh did its impression of a Great Dane Puppy!!

well anyway i did go out for a ride...on my own

she was fairly good bit more jumpy than normal, zig zagging all over the road

due to scary stinger neetles ands those drains which just appear from nowhere

My lot are all OK, apart from the escapee, who was promptly put back...I swear she's sulking!!!

ETS - Mr. George does not live with Slinky, he lives in my wardrobe, and is let out twice a week, at my discretion and pleasure...the rest of the time the OH has to be on duty!!!

They are lush - haven't tried that particular make before but will have them again as I think they are nicest I've tried!!
