evening all...

i've spent the day doing b*gger all. i've packed a few boxes, until my whimpering got too much for my husband to bear so he packed me off onto the sofa with tea and jaffa cakes. he's now taken the kids to his friend's bday bbq... so i'm home alone with the dog and a bottle of gaviscon.

it's not fair *whimper*, i wanted to watch burghley.

oh, and i'm a smidge annoyed with my YO today, as she allows her (not particularly friendly) horses to be loose on the yard and today OH was feeding my ponies, only to get attacked by her BIG horse, who reared up and struck out at my OH with front feet, three times - clipping his shoulder once. then turned her back on him and went to double-barrel him. he managed to get past her, into my field where he fed my two. when he came out, she lunged at him again, tried to bite him, and reared up, waving her feet at him. poor OH pooped his pants. he's non-horsey and horse in question is a chunky 16.3hh cob cross. she turns odd when food is around. she needs to learn some manners!
