I used to have to take valium to get on a plane!!!! Even then I still tried climbing out the window!!!! Am a little more settled with it now but I seriously DONT do take off!!!

DL - put Rescue Remedy in water and drink for 24 hours before you fly and take the RR at full dose as you need the day of flying. Also buy some Night Nurse tablets - take 2 just before you board - get in your seat and buckle up then you drift off into land of nod - simples!! They work in about 15 minutes on me so don't take to soon!!

DL - I went to NY nearly 2 years ago - found some really nice places - shops and restaurants - we were there about 2 weeks before Christmas so it was chuffing cold and very busy!!
