She will be mad for a while, only because she's embarrassed!!but, kids have no respect sometimes for other people's things, and you did the right thing
I often wonder how other kids parents deal with this, so glad to hear that I'm not the only grumpy old boringly sensible mother with a rod stuck up her a**e when it comes to teenagers wrecking my house!!!
its lovely here now with ones that are left, one even went out of their way and bought me a doner pizza, don't know where daughter is, gone out in a huff
Tough luck to her, you don't go to someone elses home and purposely wreck things! Not only is it disrespectful but its also bad mannered and immature. My generation get like that, your daughter probably feels that they will be against her now because she has a "strict" mum or she is embarassed.
samstar - tell daughter she is not alone. My sister would have done the same to my neices and their friends and I would have probably done it an hour earlier!!
Thanks for joining in slinks, sorry for the delay, got distracted by an argument between the Daily Mail (or as I call it the Daily Heil) and the Guardian. Vile columnist in the DM suggesting Stephen Gately's death wasn't natural causes because "normal young men don't just die", it must have been because he is gay and therfore up to something dodgy. Whatever your opinions the poor guy isn't even cold yet. Charlie Brooker in the Guardian pointing that out (and that her argument is completely ridiculous) and getting a lot of support.
