i'm a big fat pregnant blob, sitting here with a giant tubigrip from armpit to thigh as my back is sooooooooooo bad.

about to go and throw some hay at my horse who is loving his 'holiday' from me. and then taking my 12yr old for a FLYING lesson (he got it for his bday)... can you believe that a 12yr old is allowed to fly a plane?!?! madness.

oh, and then i'm spending the rest of the day cooking a roast and thumbing through mobile stable brochures.

Beautiful sunny morning here, all the cornfields are positivley glowing! Not sure what I'm doing to do with Ned later..I should school ..but its so sunny!! Surely more hacking weather.

Going shopping this morning then off to poo pick this afternoon. Youngsters field was changed yesterday so needs poo picking and de ragging so it can be rested so we have winter grazing.

Was fun to watch the youngsters hooning round their new field

Even when Bella tried taking a corner too quick and skidded over and another had to jump over her or be brought down too

Checked her over later and she was fine - no sore spots etc.

I'm sat with a variety pack of Fox's Biswuits to keep me happy for now , and then I'll be off to muck out, poo pick , clean tack and ride the ned. I'm also in charge of tidying up this cob that's been left without a groom for about a year :| ...the tail is going to be awful!

It's sunny and (reasonably) warm here too! Pony and I will go for a long amble later, and school a bit while I remember what all the shouting was about in my lesson yesterday.
 
Hello peeps!!

Well up early this morning to pick up a bed from my sisters put in OH van (which was not easy!) and then drop off to a friends house as they have just moved into a place together!!

Then relaxing til about 3pm and myself and OH are off to yard to plait Horlicks up ready for Stressage tomorrow morning!! YAY!!

Hope the weather is fine where you are, its no too bad here!!

Hey all how are we all today - Padster and I spent a good hour schooling and he was great - really really pleased with his trot work now - far more balanced adn working long adn low - canter is a different story - motorbikes round the corners so general progression to canter exercises gratefully appreciated, just worked on canter transitions today as he was getting all harrassed.

Very pleased with progress tho!

Proud of myself today girls, actually rode two horses in succession, must surely be getting fitter! All cos the OH said if they're not being ridden at least one must go -( I might end up looking like a whippet! (not!)
