I take it you went out for the night, had a fabulous time, forgot all your woes and had a few drinkies then?
Don't forget to drink PLENTY (by which I mean a good pint or two) of water BEFORE you go to bed, and you won't have a thick head in the morning. Tee hee.
Its a lovely day here and I'm sitting in the garden having my breakfast al fresco before riding - I think it might have to be one this morning and then the other one this afternoon as its getting hot quickly
!!
I have walked the dogs and fed them all though - so its peace and quiet for now.
Daughter's Birthday today, so non-horsey chilled day filled with cake and DVDs as I am unfortunately feeling rough (and not a vodka in sight!). D n V gone to put LL out - he alternates day and night in, then day and night out; it seems to be controlling the lami (fingers crossed!).

Poor girl! Big hug from me!!
I've got catch up on so much!!! How did S_V get on today viewing the pony??
Right off to see puppy again, and sort my lot out, but only for a little while, then back to hear all the gossip and news!!! See you soon!!
mrs m- get well soon, take no notice of sis you take care of yourself.
fs - i bet u are jealous he looks sooo cute.
darcy- that sounds like great fun, im soo jealous
well today i went to another sj comp.
came 1st in 2ft3 out of only 5 again
came 5th in 2ft6 out of ten.
came 4th in 2ft9 out of bout 9.
so had good day.
took dog for walk when got back.
then rode archie for half hour. now hes still lame and im sure its a front not a back. cleared up abit on ride to come sound in straight line, but on turning right he was lame on right front leg (imo) and would go lame if on uneven ground. so any ideas?? should i take him back to vets, or could saddle be pincing? or should i continue to ride for a few days and see if any change??
Hey all, just in from busy day - second viewing of Dodger pony today which was a success so she is getting vetted - she was a wee monkey today but I was glad cause Max had to show her who was boss and she took it and sorted herself out - I think she will teach him valuable lessons without scaring him! So, what do you think about vetting - 2 or 5 stage? I always get 5 stage but that's for competition horses so would 2 star do?
Hope you are all well - f_s pupster is so cute.
Samstar - glad you sound like you had a good night!!
Ta much - well its a wee school pony at the moment for hacking, pony club rallies and some xc next year so really a bit of a fun pony this year so that's why I wondered if 2 stage would be enough?
S_V - we have always had 2 stage done for our ponies - have never paid serious money for any of them so just enough to check for obvious problems and get insurance.
f_s - is just like Sweep was as a baby!! I wish I could post piccies of him as a puppy but it was before digital cameras.....
MrsM - hope you are feeling better soon!
ldlp - get vet out you need to get to the bottom of it once and for all.
samstar - how is your head now??
DL - stubble field sounds like fun - but 2 stirrups is better!!
ldlp - soz hadn't read al ur post. Vets for sure carrying on riding could/would aggrevate the problem - I would box rest until the vet is here and can get to the bottom of the problem, it is the only way that you will know for sure what the steps forward for Archie will be.
