I think doing two tests in one day will be good actually, if Paddy is anything like Darcy the first test will be a bit of a chance to look around, snort at anything scary and hopefully get used to the place, then the second test he can settle having seen it all before

The best way for learning a stressage test is get yourself a bit of paper, draw yourself an arena then draw the route out . It only takes a couple of scribbles

Right - always been a hair changer - naturally brunette. Have been blonde, red, long, short, mid and always like a change - one minute it'll be at my waist next at my ears. Usually don't think too deeply into it and just go for it but I feel I would like to consider my next hair move lol! Not changed it in ages and currenty it is entirely my own colour, au naturale, layered and very long. I am now getting change hair itchy feet. I love the fact my hair is its natural colour but I am in the mood for going short and blond again - am I bonks?

Trying to find some example piccies for you too to help with the decision making ...

Do what I did..... I went purple!!! Ribena purple too!!!! its fading fast now and the blonde is coming back slowly but oh boy people were really shocked when they saw it!

Both look nice - I know what you mean about changing your hair - I do the same!! at the moment mine has a dark blonde colour over the old blonde high lights - as it fades (like now!!) it goes a honey colour. I also have done the purple colours - which work well on darker hair too - mine was a dark purple - sort of ribena before its diluted colour!! But then i have also been white blonde too.........

Well done on stressage score

Am home after a gruelling day with the neds. Went out for a two and a half hour hack (via the pub lol), with daughter and three friends

. The Dizz did a good and proper jump over the brook

, as did LC - made everyone laugh lol. I did manage to get her to walk through it on the way back.

A friend's horse was in front as we went up the track. Something scared him (he doesn't like gates!) and he span and shot back towards us. I tried to block him with Dizz, but he's a big bobbo and went right through us

Due to the width of the track things got a bit messy, but everyone stayed on and all were in one piece, so all okay

. Lots of canters

.

Dizz was so flaming strong though! I used her new Happy Mouth jointed snaffle (with roller thingy) two ring gag, on the big ring. She seemed a bit calmer, but still snorts when cantering. Was walking out very powerfully even on the way home, leaving everyone behind

. My arms are kn*ckered now!

Clipped LL's legs, then went onto finish Big Cob, but the clippers stopped cutting. I changed blades, but to no avail - apparently I should have twiddled the black knob! Is a pity 'cos we were having a nice chilled clipping session (I like clipping! Very theraputic, so long as ned doesn't mind it lol).

Then over to Dad's. Very strange still without Mum there. Then home to a bath, fire, dinner and a Miss Marple (and still the blasted Ts and Cs!).
