well i phoned farrier and left a message, why is it you can nevr actually get hold of them. anyway think hes on hol, so will cold hose leg tomoz and try ride again on sat.
if not better by sunday i guess i will have to take him to the vets.
Dad is much better thanks Slinky, they have adjusted his warfarin and he seems to be ok on the dose. Just has to be careful obviously and not go too mad (as if!!)
We were just saying about some of the riders around here, riding at dusk with no reflectives on dark horses, on windy country lanes!!! They will be the first to complain if anything happens (if they can!). I think it invalidates your insurance though, if you are not properly attired when hacking out

Mrs M - FIL is all right. They are going to scan him again just to make sure, but he is fine in himself and chatting away. The problem there was his medical history. After two brain bleeds and operations, I think they just want to be really certain he hasn't done it again!!! Thank you for asking
