I am just finishing my cuppa

before toottling off to do some work - still a nice easy day today with not to much driving and hopefully a lesson later on the BGL!!!

i'm meant to be on 'bed rest'. i got to 9am and was sooooooooo bored i got up. might go and take raff for a waddle up the road in hand. hoping my hubby doesn't ring to check on me whilst i'm out... cos if i don't answer i'll have half of cambridgeshire police on my doorstep thinking there's something wrong.

or, perhaps i'll attempt to sit through an episode of jeremy kyle, and hope it's not a 'family reunited' one... i prefer the dna test ones...

or, perhaps i'll dig my blackberry out and reply to the millions of work emails i've clocked up in the space of 3 days.

but, most likely, i'll sit on HHO and eBay...

I have just had a phone call from Lab rescue!! They are going to see a dog tonight who sounds perfect!! If he is he will be coming here to me tomorrow!!!

Too much grass for their systems, and need to be on the safe side, as the littlest looks a bit on the edge!!!

Just sorted out the little ones, they are going to stay on the yard tonight.

The tiny one loves it, I've never known a pony who loves coming in so much!!! Especially as he's a bl**dy mini shetland!!! Can't get anything much hardier!!

He likes his bed though, like a typical teenager!!

Everyone else is happy and content, except maybe the big mare! I didn't "do" her this morning, OH did, and she threw a bit of a tantrum!!

OH's not as daft as the feed lady!!!

hello everyone, the sane one is back again

been up and poo picked some of he/shes paddock to get the good feeling back, and we had some lovely cuddles, a rarity if I haven't got something tasty in my pocket

Why is it horses put your thoughts into something more meaningful, if you know what I mean.
Can't believe it went through my mind getting rid of her, what was I thinking

Anyway whats everyone else been up to

Max arrives tomorrow morning!!!

The Labrador Rescue people have just phoned and they are bringing him round in the morning!!! He is 16 months old and a black lab, from a field trials pedigree so a skinny lab not a tank!!, does basic commands unless there is a bunny to be chased and is a total wuss!!

So he and Sweep should make a great pair!!

Am so excited I don't think I can sleep!!!

I had a lesson on the BGL and it went so well am really pleased!! We managed to do some passable canter - even if the 20m circles weren't really circles......

She's changed it back, and I think it is the same horse. The socks on his rear legs drop to the inside and rise above the fetlock on the outside, that's why it still looks confusing!!!
