Morning!!!

I'm officially back!!!! altho it did take about four hours to get up and running again (nghtmare), by 11pm last night I could have easily thrown router and laptop out window!!!! But its done now!!!!
Off to see the ginger one shortly and then chill out this morning before getting ready for work...... its been a rather stressful week here!!! (not horse related stress tho)

Ugh, morning...

I'm not sure what's wrong with me, but I feel like death. Sore throat (not good when you're a singer!), keep feeling hot and then cold... Should be on my way to work but have cancelled lessons in school today... can make them up in a week that I had planned to have off so will still get paid fortunately.

So not a happy bunny today - poorly poorly and tummy bug - not a good combo, but I am at work!!

Although very peed off with our work, I recommended a user to our company and we have mucked up not once but twice with her delivery, so i'm very very angry

Hope you haven't all got piggy flu! It wasn't me I swear!

Good day here. Had my cuddles this morning so feeling quite cheery. Though it was freezing last night and Belle has her rug on, but I think it's time for her to start coming in overnight soon, before she starts to lose condition. Had her turnout boots on last night and she was fine with all four, despite some slight kicking and bunny hopping to start with.

I'm quite looking forward to w****r, got my first loan horse at xmas so brings back those early memories. plus I love being all wrapped up with a flask of tea doing horses

Gosh hope all you ill people feel better soon! My remedy for feeling ill is go to be before 9 having drunk a pint of fresh orange juice. Almost always feel better next day.

Am sulking at work: one of the phones is broken and won't pick up the call which is irritating as you pick up the phone and say 'Hello' and the phone carries on ringing!

Have another secondary school to look round tonight after daughter's RS lesson - they're doing XC tonight which she's really looking forward to. The school we're seeing is my old school which should be fun, it's changed heaps and much has been rebuilt since I was there.

It will be great to give them a home though, and they have the added benifit of keeping down the rodent population!! Although, the dogs like to do that job, so there could be a few hissy fits!!!

We've got ferals on our yard, but we've been spending time with them and can actually stroke them now! Lovely kittens...... Been to see the ginger one who promptly decided to have a little colic fit!!! Bloody horse, dont know what is triggering it and thankfully its only gassy so goes quick enough once I've squirted liquid down his throat, so far thats two he's shown signs of, but only curling his top lip (which is an indicator for him) and they never go any further - can someone please have a word and tell him to fart more!!!

Hee hee, a horse on a yard next to mine is always bloated and gassy and he farts loads! Gave himself such a fright once he bolted at the sound of his own fart!!

Hope the ginger on is feeling better now
 
ive not been feeling great all week but last night when i got in couldnt get to sleep and hurt all over - been to docs and got tonsilituos - loads of stuff going round at the moment. hope my penecillin will kick in soon and hope those feeling under the weather pick up quickly cause this is horrid.

day on the sofa under a blanket for me now x
 
hi guys hope you are all ok. im back from the vets minuss toby as all is not well . he was not well today and had a very abnormal resp rate of 22 at rest. took some bloods and he is anemic so now the vet want to scope his resp tract today and then his stomach 2mrw as he want to find out where he is loosing the blood from. don't know what to think as he was suppose to be going in to get his hocks x-rayed and i noticed this before we left. he is also lame on the hocks but the x-rays are on hold till be get to the bottom of this

i dont have my own but will mean i cant ride tommorow as dont want to pass it on and also i feel like rubbish at the moment.

duvet and hot chocolate - just need a nice man to go with that now!! anyone got any fit single mates?
