Has stopped drizzling here but is cold and damp. I went and picked up my rugs today - finally!! - so I just need to get the stables ready and we are good to go for when the weather changes and its bedtime for the neds! According to YO it is due to be warm and sunny again for the weekend.

I had to take the big mare's rig off today (only a lightweight!!) as she was too warm!

This weather is very confusing for them, although shortly all will be clipped which will help

Hi Guys
Sorry not been very active on here for the past few days!!! I am still however very alive and run off my feet AGAIN! I have found another house and move AGAIN on 24th, so I've got packing to do again!!! promise this is the last time!!!!
Ginger is fine, everything else ticking along nicely, so just me to pack the house again and move!!!! Gahhhhhh!

Fingers crossed that its the right house this time!! If you are anything like me you won't have finished unpacking from the last move so it should be a bit easier!! I moved 4 times in 18 months once so unpacking just seemed so unnecessary!! Obviously I now intend to be carried out of here in a box.............

I have just had some sad news - a buddy at work has just emailed me to say he has been diagnosed with terminal cancer. He is only 35.......

yes it was alot better til i done some actual work on wed morn since then been abit sore after riding etc, but not in same pain as when first done it ie the really sharp pain. now its just when i get up or sit down.

Took ned out for a hack around the nearby countryside etc, braving the fact that a shoot was out and about but all was good, had a nice creep around the outside of a cornfield in the dying sun

But, then we met..the tree trunk :| All toys came out of the pram, so I ended up getting off him and frog-marching him up to it, firmly tapping it to show him it had failed to eat me, and so It wouldn't eat him..then hopped back on, and we walked back and forth past it until he was blue in the face
