Yummy school! With lights! That they don't charge for
. A mile long track on site. All year turnout (though in at night in winter, but no set times). People live on site. Owner's daughter teaches and is into BSJA (Daughter is grinning
).
I was concerned about where to get on the Dizz (a week on Sunday!!!!) at our current yard - the grass is muddy and slippery. The drive has barbed wire fence down one side, which is a pity as it's the safest and driest spot

. Daughter wants to jump, but the jumping paddock is just too slippery

I didn't want to move. None of us wanted to move! We know everywhere has something about it that's not right, but we'd have been okay with current place if we'd had somewhere to ride. The hacking from the current place is okay, but involves either a very busy and fast B road, or the other route has a huge number of gates! Dizz isn't brilliant at gates, but we'd go for it if it weren't for the muddy fields we have to go through first - Dizz's backend won't cope with it until she's built some muscle, but the only way I could do that where we are is going up and down the drive. Too slippery to lunge.
So, a move. This had so better be the last move 'till we get our own place!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

As to SS, I had a brill idea, but have now realized is not suitable. Poo. Then I had another idea, but couldn't get the blasted Robinson's site to work last night, so now I don't have pressie or clipper blades.

Had LC at one yard for over a year, but got sick of the barbed wire and the oh so deep school. Moved to a competition yard, but promised stables weren't forthcoming and the turnout was pants. Moved to a yard Friend and I rented between us: it was good, but not enough grazing and despite best attempts horses dropped an alarming amount of weight. Moved to another yard where promised lots of grazing, but it proved too difficult with access times. So, moved to another yard, where the ragwort was rife! LL got out of a field. A livery screamed her head off at us for something that wasn't our fault, so we left and moved to current yard. Current place was a start-up, so we put up with mess and paint and muck and stuff on the proviso that a school would be up soon, but now it's 'next year' some time... So, off we go again....
