I'm sat sitting awaiting m'lift to the yard. Daughter and Friend will ride, I will attempt to muck out the Dizzy stable one handed. Daughter will finish off clipping Little Cob.

Daughter is going out on LL, he's been in for three days and not ridden yesterday due to events, so fingers crossed he's not feeling too bouncy...

Morning - it's my bday and my partner just got me the best present (other than another horse/horsebox)...a DSLR camera! He's also booked me on a 1-to-1 photography course on Thurs so I can learn how to use it and made sure the camera he got me is especially good for photographing fast things! Am so excited - am finally going to get some awesome horsey shots!

Afternoon - I'm sitting on reception covering switchboard whilst the receptionist on his lunch.

This time last week I was in my apartment in Majorca having lunch on the balcony with a nice beer in my hand - how depressed do I feel!!!

. Daughter rode LL and he was good, even at speed in company over the fields (though she muttered something about showjumpers lever being a fine and useful invention lol).

Daughter learnt to clip, so she did LC and did a pretty dammed good job on him - I might have to hire her out lol.

I poddled about. Mucked out one handed lol. Bathed Dizzy, which was funny (bad me

). Friend did a bit of work on the ground with the Dizz; she listened as much as the blasted flies would allow: I was very pleased with her, behaved much better (and walked up to me when I called, so am happy bunny). And daughter has been very good today - practically on the same planet! Teenager...

Sorry to hear about your bill. I got mine a week to the day I lost Tigs. It's cr*p. Brings back a lump to the throat to say the least.

33 degrees is just ridiculous!
The size of the horse flies seem to be getting bigger too , one was as big as a wasp, if not bigger tonight and I couldn't bring myself to kill it! All those eyes!!
 
Hey all, how are we today? f_s that's poop about the bill, hugs on there way. D_L I am equally waving from a melted puddle - it's boiling here!

Just done a bit of painting of my living room wall adn threatening to hang soem wallpaper in my bedroom - hubby has ran for cover!!! lol!!

Good on you Samstar for having a wee change of image, make you feel better a wee change some times.

D_L the cleggs are killer size up here too - I'm forever killing them off the boys over the last few weeks, never known them so bad, it's the heat for sure.

Oh S_V you call them cleggs too!!! Thank god for that everyone looks at me oddly down here when I ask them why are there so many cleggs around this year!!!
