Right, I've just taken the masking tape off the side of my DIY changing rooms evening adn this is the result - I'm quite please with the small amount of paint that changes a plain magnolia wall - totally random I know but humour me peeps!!!
No just bits and pieces, our house was a new build and I'm now over the whole magnolia look and needing to have a change but due to the no job situ its on a budget so I thought about wee feature things here and there. I've bout some wall paper to do one wall of my bedroom next
f_s - its not a diet as such just eating properly cutting out the junk etc so I am just emptying the fridge etc and will write a shopping list of fruit, veg etc to start making proper food - I find writing a 'menu' and then sticking to it really helps as I have all the stuff I need so don't get tempted to fall of the wagon!! and need to get things like cereal bars to have in the car so I don't buy chocolate when I stop at petrol station to fill up - which I do at least 3 times a week....
Think you're doing the right thing. I'm going to have to start too, 'bout time for me. I keep putting it off until Monday, but I'm going to be determined this time!!
