Thanks MM99 - he really is a trier and I'm no dressage chick either - jumping and eventing are my thing dressage was always an necessary evil but I have been enjoying it so I do want to try take it more seriously now.

Quick laugh - just rang the chinese!!! Never have to say name or address!! ordered food and he turned round and said old address or new one!!! LOL!!!! I dont move for three weeks yet!!!! cant believe he remembered!!!! Just goes to prove I eat far too much chinese food doesn't it!

I just thought that the horses bucked due to the strap that was tightened when they came out of the gate

He's just said they are bred to do this, not sure about that one!!!

I was hoping they would show barrel racing - thats so fast!! I had a real life cowgirl from Oregon stay with me who barrel raced at the rodeos!!

Like you say the whole broncing thing is a bit beyond me - just don't get it - but they are Americans......

wHAT - ARE YOU KIDDING - IT HAS SERIOUSLY POURED HERE NON STOP FOR ABOUT 2 WEEKS - EVERYONE IS sick OF THE RAIN, THE FIELDS ARE WASTED, THE HAY IS NOW RUINED just realised I had caps on whoopsies - it is like mid winter - I rode in my ski trousers the other day cause it was so cold and wet (was pourng when this piccie was taken, u should have seen the boys when we got back!)

Its not been to bad here - the biggest problem is that the on/off rain all summer has meant that the bloody grass hasn't stopped growing

- still should have more than enough to get us through the winter and the hay was cut and baled in the heatwave so we are good to go!!

Went riding in a long sleeved tshirt at 8 am this moring and was to warm - should have gone short!!
