1 indoor arena with walls so you can see chinks of light and people moving but not what is making all the noise.
1 Polish farmworker Pavel can drive tractors JCB but Sorry Myyy EEnglish Not Gud!
1 Maltese Carpenter/Joiner odd job man VERY VERY LOUD INDEED NOI VOLUME CONTROL
1 Ageing parent of YO in his 70s.
So these three gents were just outside the longside of the indoor school with a Tractor a JCB and a Mobile home. They were installing said Mobile Home very badly they had the centre wheels bedded in soft mud (I know where can you find mud these days) Lois (Maltese) was bellowing Pavel was shouting in a combination of Polish,English and some words I believe he had made up and they were crashing and banging and shouting non-stop.
Drifter was an Angel we worked in the school for half an hour with no probs. When we had finished I untacked him and took him out on a headcollar to look at the Labyrinth of big bale haylage they had moved to install the mobile home and left in an intricate pattern.
We weaved in and out of these stacked quite high and then we met the JCB thingy (it wasnt a JCB it was yellow and beeped when it reversed) and watched it beep.
We stood and watched as it precariously lifted the mobile home badly to put a block of wood under the wheels and we casually cho,ped grass and clover as we watched as this area has the best of any grass left as it is the 'Picnic Area for the boys and girls who live in the mobile homes.
Do you think my anti-spooking training is working or maybe he is ill!!
Doubt that anti spook work would go down well with my mare.. she'd just look and poo herself senseless. As well as wondering what the hell I was doing to her! Right I'm off to yonk f_s's pc to print out this work, I promise not to break it
I've been wandering around my garden for the past ten minutes desperatley trying to find my beloved phone!!
I can hear it ringing but I cant see the screen flashing or anything and then I start to get the heebie jeebies and have to run back in!! The dew will kill it in the morning
My gardens an old section of an orchard and about an acre and I cant wander around there like flippin' Florence all night!!
I do actually like Foxes, but them barking gives me the heebie jeebies especially after the whole suitcase thing! Keep managing to scare myself saying "You can never be sure..."
I'm thinking of getting two feral cats to live in my barn!! (sorry changing the subject here!!
)
Just wondered if anyone knew what to do when they first arrive, do I have to keep them in somewhere and feed them for a few days until they get used to their new surroundings??
Tikino - he doesn't look too bad, a bit stiff perhaps. Don't know what work you're doing with him at the minute, but that would probably improve with muscle build up.
In the first vid it does seem as though he's dragging his off hind a tiny little bit, but nothing really bad
Idlp - Yeah!!! Cider to add t the list of drinks for the sweet FA crew!!!!
thanks f-s he is def worse on his near hind. he has been hacking to build up his fitness bvut just doesn't look or feel sound. i may be getting a bit paranoid as well
Hey all, just in - what a night - Ali is not too well
Ended out late for PC and all ran late all night - seems a bit better tonight just not himself - I hate it when he is not well, now that he is getting on I worry so much.
He seems to hae a sore tummy. He did lots of watery poops, not the runs but watery poops with water after, just not happy, pulled his bed down, took his temp but it was fine and have been keeping an eye on him and he seems to have settled so not sure if it was just a bout of watery grass he had eatem or if its just cause it was a yucky day and he wanted in?
Glad that he's picked up a bit, hope that he is alright soon.
Saw that that post was starting up again, but just can't be bothered to reply to that any more. Feel they should let it rest as I feel very sorry for Wimbles, after all, it's her they are discussing, and it's just not right!!
