Pupil has called wanting an emergency lesson tomorrow, and I already gave them and another one a lesson on Monday! Most people don't work on their week off! Mum has also announced I need to take her somewhere not that important (to me anyway) so I have just had to cancel a meetup with one of my friends from on here.
Was really looking forward to a pony day, and I think the next time we'll both be free will be December. *mutter*
Hope everyone else is having a good evening! I gather that congratulations are in order SS!
On a serious note do you think that a splash of cod liver oil and garlic is ok in snoops daily bucket with her being in foal i know its a silly question and did not want to ask on the breeding forum as they can be very serious. Oh i mean that in a very nice way "don,t ban me" i thought it would be ok then had second thoughts about feeding them to her.
I don't see how cold liver oil or garlic would do any damage
I don't feed cod liver oil, only vegetable or soya oil, but it just helps with the coat, bones etc, and garlic is good for the immune system, as well as an antiseptic, so can't see a problem there
She's got an audition on Thursday and is panicking. And I'm off at a singing competition supporting some of my pupils Thursday so can't fit her in then. *sigh*
Hi tikino - how are you and Toby and Ellie, Skye and Jerry??
Slinky and S_V - it's very interesting, although a bit harrowing in places. Worth watching even if I do have to cover my eyes at times, and keep a bit box of kleenex handy!!
There was one on fairly recently following heards of elephants and at one point one had a disabled baby and it showed how the herd coped adn it was really sad and then one died and how the mourned. They really are something else.
no no one as said not to feed them i,m just being a bit over protective i suppose, first foal for me snoopy is an older girl and i checked with cortaflex people that was fine to give to in foal mares. But forgot to check garlic and cod liver oil. She as them because she suffers with the flies and gets itchy skin when she changes coats and the oil as helped in previous years with this , i only give a splash.
