I would really like to hear what opinions you all have and what rugs you use for keeping the flies off. I am tempted to get a sweet itch style rug for my boy as lots of the normal fly rugs leave soo much undercarriage not covered. Anyone heard of the Pagony Eczema Sheet? Its like a cheap version of the Boett, its only £50 - anyone got one????

boett no comparison.

Any rug that dosnt cover the belly is uselss against sweetitch as it is the soft skin of the belly that the midges bite.

I should say, my horse does not suffer from sweet itch, although last year had some sarcoids removed - the vet advised me to keep the flies off as much as I could - thats why I thought of the sweet itch rugs as they seem to be sooo much more efficient. Thanks for your view
