sweet itch- purchase possibility

Thanks all however just found out pony must be bad as has rubbed so hard and broken fences so not really suitable for a companion as will require a lot of out lay and doubt will make him comfy.
Apparently even with the injections he still itched so vet thinks its maybe a learnt habit too sadly.
A shame as nice pony but i wasn't really looking so its not worth it sadly. i also live in low area with stream in field like his old yard, at current place where does seem he is better he doesn't rub so much as higher up
