Sweet Itch Survey

I did your survey, but think you should have spell checked it first!! Soars means flying not the same as sores which are wounds!!!
 
I tried completing this survey but gave up!!

There was one question which (can't remember the exact wording now) but it asked for ONE response and you weren't able to tick more than one box. But with my sweet itchy horse, to have ticked ONE box was impossible!

I also didn't see why it was necessary to give my gender....... ???

I gave up, some of it did not make sense.

Most surveys want a general age range, is there a reason you need my actual date of birth?

You ask about one horse that I own, then ask if I had my horse PTS? Presumably that question should be any horse I have ever owned, not the one in this survey - as if that one had been PTS I would kind of no longer own it, so would not be filling this survey out on it?

Experience - 30 more than what? More than the question before? Did you mean 30 or more years?

Having a slider for "no turnout" is simply nonsensical.

The question... Is your equine kept outside in the summer day time? what % of time? makes sense to have a slider for daytime % of time, but as the question is specifically about day time turnout, having a slider for nightime under the same question is confusing and does not address the question being asked.

The question Does your equine have sweet itch? (0 = Mild, 100= Severe) makes sense to have sliders 0-100 for some of the answers, but for Probably less, I am not sure he 80% probably yes has sweetitch seems clumsy.

"Soars" is still incorrect.

Sorry Tanya, I usually do try to do student surveys to help out, but this one is too clunky.
