Please note I'm planning to ring the vet if there's no change by the weekend! 
Horse currently has slight swelling above the off hind fetlock, there's no heat and swelling hasn't changed the last 5 or so days. She isn't obviously lame but noticed it as she didn't feel 'right' behind when I rode and when turned in a tight circle in hand you can see she isn't keen to step under and bear full weight on it. Farrier had a look and didn't think it was a brewing abscess.
Any ideas what it could be?
