Swollen glands

Hi, i have a mare whos glands through the summer are constantly up to the point she is unable to work in an outline as she is extremely swollen. I ride at 6am and her glands are down at the moment but through the worst summer months they are even up at that time of morning. And other than leaving her in her stable constantly which i dont want to do i dont know what else to do? Is there anything i can give her to help keep them down or anyone else have this problem and what do you do?
