My friends pony has come in with a huge sheath. He's passing urine fine. This happened last year and he was treated with steroids. They didn't do much. It just took time to go down. Is it worth getting the vet?

My boy developed an intolerance to his own smegma and had to have a transplant with stallion broth. That was a vet jobby. Huge sheath but fine in himself.
