Ha anybody had any experience with this? My horse is currently being treated for this in his near hind fetlock area. He is currently on 4 weeks box rest with 20 mins walk a day plus hand grazing. He had his joint medicated yesterday and vet said I should notice a difference in 2 weeks or so.

My boy has it in both knees.
I've had his knees medicated, usually about every 6 mts and have recently decided to go barefoot, which seems to be agreeing with him.
I also have him on a joint supplement.
It seems to be a case of management, I know it cant be cured, but he is still leading a happy and useful life!
 
FAYEFUDGE, Thanks for your reply. Glad to hear your boy is still leading a useful life. I am hoping I can carry os usual once he comes off box rest. Hope your boy stays sound xx
