Please can someone advise me on fencing an arena with synthetic tape? In the past I've seen advertised a sort of plastic tape, much thicker and stronger than electric fencing tape, to be run between wooden posts. I would like to enclose the long side of my school with something like this, but can't find anything by internet search.

The idea is that a) it would be more forgiving than wooden rails; b) I wouldn't need a post every six feet, with luck; and c) it might be easier to remove than rails, if I want temporary access to the surrounding area.

Does anyone have suggestions where I might find something of the sort; or alternative suggestions for enclosing my arena?

Thanks!

My daughter used this to divide fields, its about 2.5 inches wide. She did need wooden posts as its too wide for plastic.

My best advice is don't do it! It cost nearly as much as post and rail by the time the mains fence unit was factored in and began to sag after a couple of months and then to rot before it was 2 years old. 5 years on and the only bit to survive is sheltered by conifers!
