Hi guys, I currently have a battered old Griffin Cob on Sharman, but seeing as we are starting to get out and about more I thought we might look a bit smarter
As his Griffin is suitable for him, I wanted to go for the T4 range of Thorowgood saddles. A problem I have encountered in the Griffin is that the seat isn't quite big enough for me. Being 5'8, I need a 17.5" saddle, but he can only take a 17".
Is the T4 cob plus the same sort of shape as the original T4 cob, just with shorter panels, or is it a different cut completely? I am wondering if I can get away with a 17.5" if the panels are shorter...
