T4 or T8 or even a T6 off ebay?

Really dont know which one to go for!!

Ive been given an offer on a new T8, for £445 - which seems reasonable but then on robinsons the T4 is £332. I have also seen a T6 on ebay for £300,

Blimey! Brain frazzling as although I dont want to spend too much this saddle should be with me for a while, and although I like the look of the T4 I would like to do a little low level showing and I think the T6/8 would be more suitable and look nicer....

All I seem to do is spend money at the second!! lol xx
 
Well they are very different saddles!
... I have a T4 that I absolutely love ... fits my chap perfectly. I bought a T6 last year and I loved the look of it, but hated riding in it as found the fake leather quite ... bleh!
 
i was really lucky 2 weeks ago i got a brand new T8 which was an x demo from a saddlers on ebay for 350.00 i really like the T8 and its half leather and very light inweight but you rarely see the T8 on ebay as they are quite new

Whats the T8 like to ride in? Im thinking as I would like to do low level showing/WHP a T6/8 would be best..
 
To look at the T6 is better but the T4 beats it on comfort.
The T8 is a smart hybrid, I'd personally go for that if you have the choice, smart and comfortable.
I think the T6 is the most uncomfortable Thorowgood to date, big let down after the T4 :(
 
T8, especially if you want to show :) or T6 as second choice, although I do agree the T4 is comfier! :o sorry the latter bit isnt so useful! :o
