I'm not. I am out of pocket and extremely unimpressed about it!! I shall stick to retailers who put decent information and don't charge me for not being a mind-reader in the future.....
I'm in the process of dealing with them and not that happy. I ordered 2x 1 kg tubs of naf msm as they had them advertised on offer of £25 each including p&p. Normally pay £45 a tub so thought good bargin. Order arrived next day ................. 2 x 300g pots not 1 kg! 300g pots are also sold normally at £25 a pot. Emailed them and had a reply saying they had asked somebody in dispatches to see what the problem was. Not had reply yet and this was last week. I will be contacting them again tomorrow to inform them I am sending it back and want a full refund and won't be using them again.
Does not surprise me Corriehorse - it is their returns policy I am annoyed about right now though - I would elaborate but am taking advice first so do not want to jeopardise any claim I may have.
They hadnt when I checked the website on Friday. Didn't expect to have problems so didn't bother saving / printing a copy of the order page as proof of the offer and what I ordered

Funnily enough after my emails, I decided better safe than sorry and saved timed and dated PDFs of all their Ts&Cs pages...call me cynical, but these things are just a bit too easy to alter!
Did you not get an email stating what you'd ordered? I think I did.
I had an email of order acknowledgement from them, but all it says on it really is thanks for your order, staff are working to get it dispatched quickly as possible, will be emailed when they dispatch it, and an order number, No order details.

They are the 'helpline' arm of Trading Standards, and I have just had a very interesting conversation with them about whether what Tack Direct were proposing to do with regards to a refund for me was legal or not - it's not.
If Tack Direct had made all their charges much clearer on their website I would probably have sucked it up and accepted I took that risk when I ordered from them. As it is I fully intend to pursue them for the full refund.
