Has anyone used Great Equine tack store online? I’ve placed an order with them a couple of days ago but I’ve had no confirmation email or anything to say the order is going through. I’m starting to get suspicious now. Have I been scammed? I’ve sent an email but with no reply ?

I've not heard of them, just had a Google and can't find them.

Did you pay on Paypal?

Is there an address?

I can find their website and they have an email and telephone number listed. Have you tried calling?

ETA: The phone number on the website is a SMSC which is a text messaging centre number. I don't don't have the know-how to explain but search "what is a SMSC" and Google will explain. Basically, not good news for you.

it's an unlikely address, middle of London, stock pictures of a largish shop yet they only do online?
Private mobile number to contact them, a shop that size would have a landline if genuine.
Think they are a scammer.
See if you can get a charge back through your bank, people (scammers) do it all the time on ebay to poor sellers.
Paypal will have you covered if you used to pay as will a credit card provider.
Lastly, report them here:

I’ve tried calling and emailing. no reply on email. I’ve tried to phone a few times but the number doesn’t ring just cuts off.

Just phoned the bank and they told me I need to give them 15 days to send the goods. Ill try again next week! Thanks everyone!
