Tack shops in Manchester.

I did a search for this on a generic search tool and I got a link to the H&H forum pages. I did try and respond to the original thread but can't find the "reply" button anywhere?!

So I shall ask again. Can anybody tell me where tack shops are in this area and if there are any second hand tack shops either?

Estate supplies near Hale, Robinsons in Urmston, Bits and Pieces off Sinderland Road, Altrincham. There used to be a mill in Stockport which sold second hand tack, but I don't know if it is there anymore - suggest you look in the small ads in the those freebie trade mags.

Which part of Manchester. Theres Horsebits in Ramsbottom which has lots of 2nd hand saddles and a few other 2nd hand bits and bobs, Derby House in Writington. Theres a place in Ashton under lyne, cant remember its name. Robinsons near Haydock, Naylors in Rochdale. Mmmm, trying to think of more now

The old second hand shop in Dukinfield, Stockport looks like its called "Hound, horse and Rider", it looks like its still there. You'd have to ring them.
