Hi, I'm heading over that way next week and wondered if anybody knew of any good tack shops to visit, always nice to find somewhere different, thanks:)

As Lady B says Norfolk is quite a large county! Best one is Wroxham Saddlery at Hoveton there's also North Walsham saddlery (directions on internet as not in North Walsham!), think there is also one out near Foulsham but haven't been out that way in years. Really depends what you are after as none of them are particularly large or carry a huge range. Some small ones south of Norwich are Granville in Wymondham, Sally's in Aslacton and Express Equine in Long Stratton.

Thanks for the replies, we're going to Caister but are fine to travel about looking:)
Would love to find some decent long leather boots for my daughter but also just to have a look about.

No idea besides what has been mentioned (Granville's and express equine were my locals) but as a Norfolk girl who doesn't get home as much as she'd like these days *sigh* I just wanted to say have fun:)

I miss the fine city :(

Try Glebe Farm at fakenham, very nice helpfull people and good prices. Good variety of quality items. No they don't pay me I am just a satisfied customer.

Is it Glebe farm, that also has a second hand section? We go there when we take our horses up to the beach, (found the tack shop two years ago) if it is this shop then it's lovely, and yes good prices, an can pick up some v good bargins in the second hand section (some barely used). If this isn't the name off the shop does anyone know it name, would b sort off near Holkham?

No that's Sandon Saddlery (Foulsham) I LOVE that place. Also like Glebe but some of it is £££ but they are always VERY helpful and will spend however long with you you need to find what you are looking for.

Thank you OIAM, always forgot names and we back up to Norfolk again in aug so will go there again, the prices certainly seem alot more trainable than round this area, and yes the staff do seem lovely.
