Is it just me or have all tack shops cut down on stock? - I'm thinking it's probably a sign of the times :( Can anyone recommend a large, well stocked tack shop somewhere near the Norfolk/Suffolk border?

Trouble is 2 things, cash flow and fashions change!
I don't hold alot of stock and wise tack shops or business's in general tend to dropship if they can on alot of products, I dropship my own products I manufacture myself for small saddlery businesses as they just can't afford the outlay.I had a high street saddlery shop in 1995 ish, you buy in thousands of pounds worth of jods, boots, hats, rugs, saddlery etc and within a few months either everyone else wants the colours or size you haven't got or a different brand/style is all the rage and no one wants your now out of date "SO last years" stock so you sell it off at literally just over trade prices and then the whole process starts again!
Alot of them are struggling out there.

That is probably because so many people would rather buy online, so Tack Shops lose business, cannot afford to have so much stock, then eventually close. We have no Tack Shops near us now at all.:(
