My order was placed on 27th Jan, said delivery 3-5 Jan, then nothing. No dispatch note, no contact, no order so far. Have messaged on FB and called but no reply to either and now concerned!

Has anyone had issues? I only used them as I saw the sale mentioned in a post on here.

They were totally useless with my delivery after black friday, it took nearly a month and quite a few phonecalls to arrive. It was worth it as I got a great bargain!
 
I did the same and have been thinking the same. I'm going to give it till Monday then give them a call... Abit disappointed so far I won't be using them again unless they have lots of money off.. Which they did :)
I'm in no rush but it's still a pain!
 
I bought a bargain pair of breeches from them on black friday. Honestly didn't expect them to arrive as they were £10.99 when everyone else was selling them for £109.99 so it seemed obvious it was a typo. Surprisingly a day later I received confirmation of shipping and 2 days later they arrived, so personally was pretty happy with their service.
 
I ordered for black Friday. Rang up a few days later to add something to the order and was told there was an issue with it so they would call me back. They didn't, so I emailed (phone number wasn't working), they'd already dispatched the order so sent the additional items free of charge. So far so good. Then I sent back about half of my original order and asked for an exchange of one of the items, no sign of that yet (this was pre Christmas) and when they did the refund they've refunded me short by about £4. For £4 I can't really be bothered to argue but I would like the item I wanted exchanged. I've emailed again between Christmas and New year but still nothing. It's not the end of the work really but just a bit irritating. I suspect they're just really busy.
 
Ive used them, I got a despatch email saying when my items should be with me but they never arrived. I just replied to that email asking if there was a delay which they replied to, appologised and the items were with me within a couple of days. I think it was just a really busy time for them,

Wheyheyy arrived today! One nice new turnout for WHW pony, a new whip and a jacket that was a bargain but too blooming big! :(
 
Yep used them before and great service... I too got an absolute bargain.. £9.99 for a pair of breeches that are over £100 everywhere else and arrived quickly
 
I bought the day after the rug thread was posted here. Got a split delivery, clearly the 6'6 rugs were very popular, but the other sizes arrived in 3 days and the rest 2 days later. Very pleased!
 
I used them for a Black Friday sale last year. I get that having 30% off everything is going to make you busier than usual.. I only got my items after chasing them at least twice a day.
Although nothing was a Christmas gift or anything I was in a particular hurry for ...it was super frustrating.
